Data, in particular personal data is only compiled, processed and used by the operator in accordance with the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). A data processing is also possible with the persons consent acc. Article 6 (1) (a) or in case of a legitimate interest in accordance to (f) of DSGVO.

Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the responsible court for the location of our headquarters in A-9400 Wolfsberg and only Austrian law applies, whereby the application of the UN convention on contracts (Uncitral) is excluded by mutual agreement.

However, the operator reserves the right to raise a legal claim at the user's place of jurisdiction.
